</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking part-time Caregivers<strong> </strong>(with the possibility to transition to full-time) to join our team. Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.<br><br>In this role, the <strong>Caregiver - Direct Support Professional (DSP)</strong> plays a vital part in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. Working closely with the care team and family members, this individual provides hands-on assistance that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, facilitating community engagement, and assisting with health and safety needs in alignment with each individual’s care plan. In addition, the DSP helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment that enables individuals to thrive both at home and in the community.<br><br><strong>Current Schedule<br></strong>Currently, we have the following shifts available:</div><ul>
<li><strong>Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 4:00pm - 6:00pm</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm</strong></li>
</ul><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Requires travel </strong>to the individual’s home, health-related appointments, and community activities; mileage reimbursement available</li>
<li>Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing</li>
<li>Assist with mobility</li>
<li>Prepare meals and snacks, menu planning</li>
<li>Light housekeeping activities</li>
<li>May assist with medication</li>
<li>Community resource awareness and assistance</li>
<li>Assist with errands, shopping, and health-related appointments</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li><strong>Must have a reliable, insured vehicle</strong></li>
<li>Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred</li>
<li>First aid and CPR-certified</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Compassionate, respectful, ethical</li>
