Urbban Rice is a modern food and beverage concept focused on creating simple, balanced products suited for everyday urban living. The brand focuses on quality, consistency, and thoughtfully developed products designed for daily consumption.
As part of our expansion, we are developing Urbban Beverages, a line of healthy packaged drinks with shelf life, designed for large-scale distribution through retail stores, gyms, corporate spaces, and other outlets.
To support this development, we are looking for a Beverage R&D Consultant who can help create and structure this packaged beverage line.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Beverage Research & Development Consultant to develop healthy packaged drink concepts suitable for commercial production and retail distribution.
The focus will be on creating beverages that have good shelf life, strong market appeal, and scalable production potential, similar to ready-to-drink beverages available in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop concepts for healthy packaged beverages
• Create and test beverage recipes suitable for commercial production
• Work on ingredient selection, formulation, and beverage costing
• Assist in designing drinks with appropriate shelf life and stability
• Suggest packaging formats suitable for retail distribution
• Provide proper documentation of recipes and production guidelines
Qualifications
•
- Experience in beverage R&D, product development, or beverage manufacturing
• Knowledge of shelf-stable beverage formulation
• Understanding of commercial beverage production processes
• Experience working with F&B brands, beverage startups, or manufacturing units
• Strong creativity combined with practical production knowledge
