Role Description
- Demonstrated experience in beverage management, bar operations, or hospitality leadership within events, hotels, or premium catering environments.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with the ability to design event-specific menus.
- Skills in inventory management, cost control, vendor coordination, and purchasing to maintain quality standards while optimizing budgets.
- Proficiency in staff supervision, team training, and scheduling, with the ability to lead diverse service teams during high-pressure events.
- Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand brand guidelines and customize offerings accordingly.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and legal regulations related to beverage service, including licensing and responsible service norms.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Relevant qualification in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field is preferred; certifications in bartending or beverage management are an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
