About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Manager to lead and execute our user acquisition, content, partnerships, and lead generation efforts. As one of the early hires, you'll play a critical role in shaping the growth engine of the company and working closely with the leadership team to scale our presence and impact.

What You’ll Do

1. Growth Strategy: Build and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels
2. Content & Partnerships: Lead social media, content marketing, and influencer/brand partnerships to build awareness and engagement
3. Sales & Lead Generation: Develop and optimize funnels for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
4. Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, run experiments, and optimize campaigns for growth KPIs
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and sales to align messaging and user journey

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in AI, fintech, or early-stage startups
2. Proven success in user acquisition, content strategy, and partnerships
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to test, learn, and iterate
4. Strong communication skills and a bias for action
5. Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
