We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused product leader with a proven track record of launching and scaling complex products that drive meaningful business impact. You should be adept at annual, quarterly, and monthly planning, with a strong ability to break down ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable strategies. A data-driven mindset is essential, with expertise in experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and the ability to translate insights into impactful product decisions. Experience in D2C products is key, with bonus points for exposure to marketplaces or globally complex offerings. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at stakeholder management, and have a passion for mentoring and developing team members—whether as an informal coach or with an eye toward future people leadership opportunities.
