As the IT Operations Manager at BetterHelp, you'll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. What are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to spearhead our technology systems, oversee our help desk, and ensure swift resolution of technical issues. We seek a leader that is eager to elevate our IT operations and dedication to exceptional service is a must.
What will you do?
Directly manage and mentor our IT team
Assess business and department tech needs. Recommend hardware/software solutions that enhance efficiency. Develop a long-term IT roadmap
Identify department performance metrics and implement processes that support continuous improvement
Collaborate with Operations and HR to streamline the onboarding process. Ensure the right equipment and applications are in place for our new hires
Handle inventory of office tech equipment, including display monitors, peripherals, and video conferencing hardware
Own the help desk ticketing system
Manage the in-office network infrastructure
Spot manual processes that can be automated and implement solutions
Commit to being in the office 4 days a week to foster team collaboration, ensure hands-on IT support, and maintain a strong connection with on-site infrastructure
