<br>We are seeking a trustworthy caregiver that will care for our clients with professionalism and compassion wherever the clients call home. The caregiver will be responsible for implementing our clients’ daily care plan in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with agency policies and industry standards. </div><div>
<br><strong><br>Responsibilities </strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance, and initiation of activities that stimulate the mind.</li>
<li>Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands.</li>
<li>Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments as needed.</li>
<li>Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.</li>
<li>Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc)</li>
<li>Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.</li>
<li>Implement the care plan as instructed.</li>
<li>Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.</li>

<br><strong><br>Requirements </strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience with caregiving/ Home Management Skills</li>
<li>CNA or HHA Certification or other certification</li>
<li>Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card or have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Be able to work in USA - Social Security Card or Birth Certificate or Work permit</li>
<li>Able to pass Level II Background Check </li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Auto Insurance</li>
<li>TB test ( PPD or Chest X-Ray) Results</li>
<li>Genuine Desire to Help Clients </li>
<li>Professional and Friendly Attitude </li>
<li>Willingness to Work Flexible Hours (may include night shifts)</li>
