Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent to BetterCloud. You will use a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure they are the right fit for our organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide strategic advice on the hiring process.
