Community Caregiver (Overnight, Part-Time)
Sunrise Village | $1/hour Shift Differential
Position Summary
Sunrise Village is seeking a dependable Overnight Community Caregiver to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a calm, home-like assisted living environment. This role supports residents’ safety, comfort, and independence while monitoring for changes in condition during overnight hours.
Schedule & Pay
- Overnight shifts
- Part-time and flexible scheduling
- $1/hour overnight shift differential
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and respond to overnight needs
- Assist with personal care, including toileting and repositioning
- Provide medication reminders and delegated nursing tasks
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Perform light housekeeping and prepare for day shift
- Document care accurately and timely
Qualifications
- CNA (Minnesota registry) or completion of employer-provided training
- Ability to work independently in an overnight setting
- Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
Requirements
- DHS background study (not disqualified)
- TB screening clearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Employment Status
