Job details:
We’re building an early-stage behavioural-tech product (MVP stage) and are preparing for a structured beta rollout.
Looking for someone to own a 6–8 week beta growth sprint end-to-end — from acquisition to engagement and user feedback.
What you’ll do
- Define and test early user segments (TAGs)
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across relevant channels & communities
- Run outreach and user acquisition
- Onboard users into structured beta cohorts
- Manage user communication channels
- Drive engagement and participation during the beta
- Track user journey: outreach → response → onboarding → activity
- Capture feedback, usage patterns, and market signals
What I’m looking for
- Experience in early-stage growth / user acquisition / outreach
- Ability to identify channels and execute without heavy direction
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-driven environment
- Able to combine outreach + basic content / communication where needed
- Strong bias for action — not just planning
What you get
- End-to-end ownership of a real beta growth experiment
- Direct exposure to product and growth in an early-stage build
- A clearly scoped, outcome-driven sprint
- Potential for continued engagement based on outcomes
If this interests you (or someone you know), DM me with:
- your relevant experience
- how you would start approaching user acquisition for an early-stage product
