Finance Business Partner

Improve business performance through data-driven insights and development Manage forecasts, budgets, and prepare management reports, including actual vs. target vs. last year analysis, cost analysis with the Management Team, and P/L deep dive Take responsibility for managing bank guarantees, including new applications and renewals Coordinate customer growth plans and prepare related financial data, collaborating with the Regional Finance Team Handle local contracts and approve invoices for local costs such as rent and utilities Coordinate global and local insurance requirements Manage internal projects Act as the main point of contact for local banks and service providers, including lawyers and tax advisors Strong collaboration with business partners and ensure that financials are in place Develop and Maintain Financial Models for Scenario Planning and Prepare Profitability Calculations Report directly to the Commercial Director
