School-Based Day Treatment (SBDT) Team Leader
Position Summary
The School-Based Day Treatment (SBDT) Team Leader provides administrative and supportive supervision to assigned staff and serves as the primary point of contact for school-based partnerships. This role supports high-quality clinical services, staff development, and compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

- Pay range of $56,000 - $64,000 depending on experience and licensure level

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one (3) year clinical experience working with children and families
- Active licensure required: LPC, LSW, MFT
- LPCC, LMFT, or LISW preferred (higher end of the pay range)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision & Leadership
- Provide ongoing administrative and supportive supervision to assigned staff
- Serve as a point of contact for SBDT school partnerships
- Promote and model trauma-informed, strength-based communication
- Clinical & Program Support
- Assist with diagnostic assessments, ISPs, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with treatment teams, families, and partner systems
- Alert leadership to staff and client successes and concerns
- Support outcome tracking and program effectiveness
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements
- Maintain professional licensure requirements
- Administrative Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain weekly schedules in Credible and utilize reports as assigned
- Manage administrative tasks in ADP
- Coordinate supplies, snacks, and incentives
- Uphold confidentiality and agency policies
Work Environment:
Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset.
