Communication and Content Associate

Best Egg is seeking a Communications and Content Associate to join the Best Egg Brand Strategy team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Communications and Content. In this role, you will translate the Best Egg brand into a variety of short and long-form content to help our customers understand our products and ways they can use them to improve their financial circumstances. This will include working with team members in marketing, product, communications, digital, creative, and analytics, as well as aligning all messaging with our brand voice and guidelines. The right candidate will be an exceptional writer who can partner with designers to create compelling and relatable content that speaks directly to our customers. You will be successful if you love writing, enjoy creative collaboration, have a deep understanding of how to effectively translate a brand voice, and have experience writing across a variety of marketing channels.
