Job Role: Cloud Support Engineer - Level 1
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2-3 years of client-facing technical support
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries via phone, email, and web portal
Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and ensure smooth server operations
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Support, Licensing, Cloud Ops, Sales)
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and technical knowledge base
Provide technical support for cloud-based solutions and Bentley's core products
Required Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, cluster environments)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Proficiency in Windows OS administration and debugging
Basic knowledge of IIS and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment
Preferred Skills:
Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM)
ITIL v3 knowledge or certification
Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
Familiarity with Bentley Systems products
