<li>Location: Lancaster, CA</li>

<li>Work Setting: In-home and/or clinic-based services</li>

<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<li>Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients</li>
<li>Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA</li>
<li>Collect and record data on client progress</li>
<li>Maintain professional communication with supervisors and families</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Current RBT certification (required)</li>
<li>Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
