<strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations in a busy outpatient mental health clinic. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for both patients and clinical staff. <strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<li>Greet and check in clients in a warm and professional manner</li>
<li>Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for clinicians</li>
<li>Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing tasks</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)</li>
<li>Process intake paperwork and coordinate client flow</li>
<li>Handle general administrative duties (filing, faxing, emailing, data entry)</li>
<li>Assist clinicians and office manager with day-to-day operational needs</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage <strong>Zoom</strong> appointments, including sending links, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring sessions start on time</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)</li>
<li>Previous experience in a medical, mental health, or administrative setting preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (EHR systems a plus)</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Comfortable working with diverse populations</li>
<li>Knowledge of confidentiality standards and professional boundaries</li>
