Manager, Community Engagement

The Manager, Community Engagement will be responsible for leading Benevity's community engagement strategy and execution. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative ways to engage Benevity's network of corporate clients, nonprofits, and employee volunteers to build thriving communities and drive measurable social impact. You will work closely with the Community Engagement team to design, launch, and manage high-impact community programs and partnerships that bring Benevity's purpose to life. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Benevity's community engagement strategy, including the design and launch of new programs and initiatives - Manage a portfolio of community programs and partnerships, ensuring successful delivery and measurable social impact - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop and execute integrated community engagement campaigns - Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader on community engagement, influencing the direction of Benevity's community strategy - Represent Benevity externally at industry events, conferences, and other community gatherings - Lead and manage a team of community engagement professionals, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in community engagement, program management, or a related field - Proven track record of designing and launching successful community programs and partnerships - Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels - Experience leading and managing a team, with a focus on developing and empowering others - Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of the nonprofit and corporate social responsibility landscapes - Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities for community engagement - Familiarity with the Benevity platform and services is a plus
