Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Role Purpose
The Benefits Data Administration Specialist is responsible for accurate maintenance of benefits data and timely resolution of benefits‑related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain benefits data within HRIS systems and perform mass uploads
- Support open enrolment activities and benefits audits
- Handle benefits queries and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
