Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Benefits Analyst. The Benefits Analyst will manage benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing benefits administration, analyzing program performance, managing compliance with COBRA and FMLA, responding to employee inquiries, and providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience with Benefits Administration and a solid understanding of employee welfare programs.
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize benefits programs effectively.
- Knowledge of COBRA and the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
- Exceptional Communication skills for explaining benefits options and addressing employee concerns.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a Benefits Analyst role or similar positions is a plus.
