Location: Bella Vista
Anticipated Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hour depending on experience
Schedule 1: Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00am to 2:45pm, may vary depending on business needs including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule 2: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00am to 2:45pm, may vary depending on business needs including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials. This role ensures materials are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance with all safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products, materials, or equipment in warehouses, storage yards, or production areas.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas following company guidelines.
- Operate and run the extruder according to House Fly production.
- Inspect forklifts daily before operation, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement, inventory counts, and completed tasks.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper load handling, speed limits, and hazard awareness.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties, such as back deck area, picking orders, packing, and cleaning work areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to coordinate material handling.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
Physical Demands
- Material Handling: Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted; occasionally lift items up to 75 pounds with assistance.
- Mobility: Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
- Equipment Operation: Regularly operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks for extended periods.
- Visual & Auditory Requirements: Must have adequate vision to read labels, orders, and safety instructions, and adequate hearing to detect warning signals and communicate effectively.
- Environmental Conditions: Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment, variable temperatures, dust, and occasional loud noise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain one).
- Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
