Yes. The application process is the first of countless challenges you'll take on throughout your Bending Spoons journey. Here, we strive for excellence in everything we do, both for ourselves and for our teammates. The steep learning curve can make for a tricky transition, especially in your first year. But you'll also discover that constantly challenging yourself is the key to experiencing immense growth. And you can count on tremendous support as you push yourself to reach your full potential. Unless otherwise specified, we generally hire interns for six months (part-time or full-time), or three months (full-time only). Our interns can start at any time of the year. We're upfront about the fact that a Bending Spoons internship—like any job here—can be intense. The reality is that not every student will thrive in our environment, which is particularly dynamic and challenging and features an unusually steep learning curve. Mutual fit is vital, and it's something we factor in heavily during the application process. It won't be a good fit if you're at your best working at a slower pace, or if you're applying mainly to put your intelligence to the test (rather than because you're truly passionate about the opportunity). It's most likely to be a good fit if you're extremely driven to play an active role in technology and business right from the start of your career, while also having humility and work ethic by the boatload. Thanks to such upfront transparency and our thorough assessment during the application process, nearly all of our interns have a wonderful experience at Bending Spoons.
