Job details:
- Operate CNC/NC bending machines such as Ermak and Hindustan Hydraulics press brake machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and bending dimensions.
- Set up tools, punches, and dies as per job requirements.
- Perform sheet metal bending operations with accuracy and quality.
- Check angle, dimensions, and finished parts using measuring instruments.
- Ensure machine safety, daily maintenance, and 5S activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Experience in MS, SS, and aluminium sheet bending preferred.
- Knowledge of bend allowance and machine parameter setting is an added advantage.
