Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site US Non IT/ IT Bench Sales Recruiter position located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, managing job postings, conducting initial candidate assessments, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The Recruiter will also utilize the company’s AI-powered tools to identify top talent quickly and facilitate placements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Actively search for Non-IT job requirements across vendor portals, MSP/VMS systems, and direct client portals.
- Regularly monitor job boards and portals to identify relevant opportunities for bench consultants.
- Maintain submission records, and portal activity logs.
- Submit qualified bench candidates to relevant job openings through client and vendor portals.
- Ensure 10–15 quality submissions per day aligned with job requirements.
- Customize resumes to match job descriptions before submission.
- Track submission status and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain and update a database of available Non-IT consultants including skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate with candidates to confirm availability, rate expectations, and location preferences.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant with client requirements (RTRs, work authorization, resumes).
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems for tracking submissions and outcomes.
- Track daily submission metrics, interview calls, and closures.
- Share regular updates and reports with management.
- Maintain high submission quality and conversion ratio.
