About the role
We are seeking an experienced OCM Consultant to lead and deliver change and communication activities for a high-impact IT transformation initiative. This role requires strong planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication expertise to ensure successful adoption across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of change and communication strategies in close collaboration with program leads and project teams.
Manage a complex stakeholder environment, including internal business units, third-party vendors, and service hubs.
Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop tailored engagement strategies.
Identify, mobilize, and manage the project's change network.
Develop and deliver business change impact assessments and corresponding action plans.
Drive business readiness activities and adoption plans to ensure smooth transition and successful change implementation.
Lead training program development and delivery to support end-user adoption.
Execute a comprehensive communication strategy to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Own knowledge management efforts, maintaining a structured repository of change-related documentation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on OCM best practices and risk mitigation.
Track and measure change adoption success through surveys, feedback, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relevant OCM experience
5+ years in IT and/or working with IT outsourcing providers
5+ years in stakeholder engagement and change management roles
Strong project management and customer relationship management background
Proven ability to work in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
Certifications (Preferred):
Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification
ITIL Foundation (required); COBIT knowledge is a plus
