We are looking for a self-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. If you are energetic, proactive, and eager to build a career in the US IT staffing industry, we’d love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) in the US job market
- Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and prime vendors
- Submit consultants to suitable requirements
- Negotiate pay rates and close placements
- Maintain daily submission and interview tracking reports
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
- Basic understanding of the US recruitment cycle and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and initiative-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
