Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting and placement for IT consultants. Daily responsibilities include identifying client and project requirements, marketing bench consultants, developing and maintaining client relationships, and handling contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in communication, proficient in account management, and skilled in building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Hiring processes
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong Account Management and ability to foster client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written capabilities
- An understanding of the IT and staffing industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
