Role Description
We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing candidates for technology-focused roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships. This role includes acquiring new IT clients and opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless onboarding and support for candidates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-Life Cycle Recruiting processes
- Experience in Hiring and Account Management to drive successful placements
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, candidates, and team members
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles is a strong advantage
- Previous experience working with clients in the IT services or consulting sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
