Job Description:
We are looking for freshers and experienced candidates to join our US staffing team as a Bench Sales Recruiter. Training will be provided for freshers.
Responsibilities:
- Work on bench sales for US IT requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and clients
- Submit consultant profiles for open positions
- Maintain basic records of submissions
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome
- Experience in bench sales is a plus (not mandatory)
- Basic English communication is enough (no high-level English required)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer knowledge
