Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market bench consultants in the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with prime vendors, marketing bench consultants, and securing contract opportunities for consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to vendors and clients in the US staffing market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Identify suitable job requirements from job portals, vendor emails, and networking platforms.
• Submit consultants to open requirements with complete details including resume, visa status, availability, and expected rate.
• Negotiate billing rates with vendors and ensure company profit margins.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors regarding submissions and interview feedback.
• Coordinate interview schedules between consultants and clients.
• Perform email marketing campaigns to promote bench consultants to vendor mailing lists.
• Maintain and update the internal database of bench consultants and their availability.
• Track submissions, interviews, placements, and provide daily activity reports to management.
• Support documentation and onboarding processes after consultant placement.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of US IT technologies and job roles.
• Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
• Experience working with C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, vendor lists, and email marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales in the US staffing industry.
• Ability to work in US Night Shift.
