Role Description
The Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guntur. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying and placing IT consultants on the bench into appropriate projects. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring timeline-driven hiring. The recruiter will also be responsible for account management, as well as fostering effective communication internally and with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Experience in Hiring processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong Account Management skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work on-site and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the US IT staffing market and related processes
- Previous experience in IT staffing is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment or sales
