We’re currently looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter who has solid hands-on experience in US Non-IT staffing.(Pharma/Medical device)
If you’ve worked closely with vendors, understand the market well, and know how to close positions — this might be a good fit for you.
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
• Working on bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Connecting with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors
• Sharing profiles, coordinating interviews, and following up
• Focusing on closures and consistent placements
• Staying updated with US market trends & requirements
🔹 What we expect:
• Prior experience in US Bench Sales (Non-IT preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on with job portals & LinkedIn
• Comfortable working in a target-based setup
• Basic understanding of US visas & compliance
