📍 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Bench Sales Recruiter:- Market bench consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, USC)
- Work with Tier-1 vendors & clients
- Handle submissions, interviews & closures
- Negotiate rates & maintain vendor relationships
OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition:- Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates
- Screen profiles & conduct initial interviews
- Maintain candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with sales team for placements
HR Executive / Sr. HR :- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Handle onboarding & documentation
- Maintain employee records & HR operations
- Support employee engagement & coordination
