Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to various clients and vendors effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to understand their requirements.
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors to ensure optimal placement of consultants.
- Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, experience, and preferences.
- Monitor and track the status of consultant placements and provide regular updates.
- Maintain a database of consultants, clients, and vendors for future reference.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and recruit new consultants.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and placements to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to enhance the placement process.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong work ethic.
