🚀 We’re Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter Intern (U.S. Market) – Remote
Connect Tech IT is looking for motivated interns to work in the U.S. recruitment space and help market candidate profiles (bench consultants) to clients and vendors.
📌 Responsibilities:
• Market bench consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, USC) to U.S. clients/vendors
• Apply to job requirements on platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed
• Submit candidate profiles to relevant job openings daily
• Communicate with recruiters/vendors regarding requirements
• Coordinate with candidates for availability, rates, and interviews
• Maintain daily tracker of submissions and responses
📌 Requirements:
• Good communication skills (written English)
• Interest in recruitment, sales, or U.S. job market
• Familiar with LinkedIn or job portals (basic knowledge is fine)
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to meet daily activity targets
