Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Intern – US Staffing

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter Intern to join our US IT staffing team. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA degree and have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. This role involves marketing consultants who are on the bench to vendors and clients across the United States and coordinating the placement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants with implementation partners and direct clients in the United States.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding their availability, skills, visa status, and project preferences.
- Actively use job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks to identify new opportunities for consultants.
- Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and employment conditions with vendors and clients.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and vendor contacts.
- Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and follow up for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA degree (mandatory), preferably in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in US shift timings.
