Role Summary:
Responsible for marketing bench consultants (C2C) across the US market by working with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to secure contract opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to vendors, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients
- Work on job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder
- Analyze job requirements and match suitable consultant profiles
- Submit consultants for contract roles (C2C)
- Follow up aggressively for interviews, feedback, and closures
- Negotiate bill rates while maintaining company margins
- Maintain daily trackers (submissions, interviews, placements)
- Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships
- Coordinate with consultants for availability, documentation, and interview scheduling
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales mindset with target-driven approach
- Understanding of US Staffing (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Eligibility:
- Freshers
- Any graduate (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Sc IT preferred)
