Role Description
This full-time Bench Sales Recruiter role is based on-site in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, managing client accounts, and fostering strong communication with clients and candidates. The focus will be on sales recruitment, ensuring optimal placements that align with both client and candidate needs.
Qualifications
- Fresher prefered
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Any prior Internship experience in recruitment or staffing solutions is an advantage
