About the Role
WhitePolar Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable job opportunities, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring successful consultant placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Market available bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, USC, etc.) to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
- Source and identify job requirements through job portals, social media, and vendor networks.
- Submit qualified consultants to relevant job openings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, direct clients, and consultants.
- Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.
- Follow up regularly with consultants and vendors regarding submissions, interviews, and feedback.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles, job requirements, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and placement activities.
- Stay up to date with current IT technologies, staffing trends, and market demands.
- Meet submission and placement targets while ensuring quality candidate matching.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of the US IT Staffing and Bench Sales process.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, USC, etc.).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in US Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, or IT Recruitment is preferred.
