Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to market our bench consultants and place them in contract opportunities across the U.S. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT Bench Sales, excellent vendor relationships, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners
- Submit consultants to open requirements through job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder
- Negotiate rates and close placements successfully
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
- Maintain daily reports for submissions, interviews, and placements
- Ensure compliance and documentation before submission
- Follow up consistently with vendors for interview updates and closures
Required Qualifications
- 1–4+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales
- Strong knowledge of H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT consultant marketing
- Established vendor network preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and staffing market trends
- Ability to work in night shift (US timings preferred)
