About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for recruitment and client engagement, this role is for you.
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment and placement process for IT and business professionals. - Manage the complete recruitment and bench sales lifecycle
- Source, screen, engage, and qualify candidates for IT and business roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants

- Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Bench Sales, U.S. IT Recruitment, or Full-cycle Recruiting
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally
- Knowledge of IT technologies and business-critical roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
