Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role, based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including identifying, qualifying, and placing candidates for various client staffing needs. Daily tasks include engaging with candidates to build strong relationships, managing accounts, maintaining strong communication with clients, and meeting sales and recruitment targets. This role requires efficiency, excellent customer service, and a passion for building relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Recruitment with skills in hiring and full life cycle recruiting
- Expertise in Account Management and building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and negotiate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred experience in IT staffing or recruitment operations
