Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Gujarat, India. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying, sourcing, and placing candidates. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts efficiently, coordinating hiring and onboarding processes, and effectively communicating with candidates and stakeholders to ensure placements align with client and candidate expectations.
Key Requirement
Apply for jobs on US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) on behalf of candidates. Understand each job description and submit targeted applications to relevant positions. Conduct daily follow-ups with US candidates and update them on application progress. Maintain and regularly update application tracking sheets with daily activity logs. Use LinkedIn effectively for networking, sourcing, and candidate engagement. Work closely with the recruitment team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
