Market and place bench consultants across US/UK clients Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients Identify suitable job requirements through portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder Submit consultant profiles to open positions and follow up for interview scheduling Negotiate rates with vendors and clients. Coordinate interviews and manage the entire submission lifecycle. Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding updates and feedback. Track daily submissions, interviews, and placements.
