We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with a passion for marketing IT consultants, building strong vendor relationships, and driving successful placements in the US staffing industry.
📍 Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
📍 Experience: 1–3 Years
📍 Location: Vizag
📍 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients across the US staffing market.
✅ Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and manage the placement process.
✅ Track consultant availability and ensure timely submissions.
✅ Follow up on interview feedback, offers, onboarding, and consultant engagement.
✅ Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills:
✔️ Experience in US Bench Sales.
✔️ Strong vendor network and relationship management skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
