Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Kondapur. The Bench Sales Recruiter will oversee marketing consultants, identifying and securing job opportunities, and building relationships with clients and Tier 1 vendors. Responsibilities include negotiating rates, maintaining consultant profiles, coordinating interviews, and monitoring project process. The recruiter must ensure timely updates, manage communication effectively, and ensure placements align with business goals.
