🌙 Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source and place IT Job Seekers in full‑time roles.
✅ Maintain database
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation
🧩 Requirements:
✔️ 0–5+ years of Sales Recruitment experience in US IT staffing
✔️ Identify, recruit, and place IT job seekers in full-time positions
✔️ Experience with job portals
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
