As part of our expansion in India, we are building a strong Bench Sales team to support our US IT staffing operations.
💼 Job Description
We are looking for Bench Sales Recruiters with 1-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market bench consultants across various technologies
* Work with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
* Negotiate pay rates and close placement deals
* Maintain strong vendor relationships
* Track submissions, interviews, and placements
* Handle H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants
Qualifications
✔ 1-5 years of US IT Bench Sales experience
✔ Strong vendor network & negotiation skills
✔ Proven track record of successful placements
✔ Excellent communication & coordination skills
✔ Experience handling H1B / OPT / CPT / GC / USC consultants
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
