Job Description – Bench Sales Recruiter
Innovate Tech IT LLC is hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter for our on-site office in Visnagar, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time opportunity, great for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience looking to build a career in US IT staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Match bench consultants' resumes to relevant job requirements posted by clients and vendors
- Submit tailored applications ensuring resume-to-job alignment for higher selection rates
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with bench consultants throughout their job search
- Regularly follow up with candidates to understand availability, preferences, and feedback
- Source and post consultant profiles on job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and Monster
- Coordinate interview schedules and share timely updates with candidates
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements
Requirements
- Freshers welcome; 0–3 years of experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace)
- Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up discipline
- Willingness to learn the US IT staffing process
