Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role located in India. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, focusing on identifying and placing candidates in appropriate roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with skilled professionals, building relationships with vendors, managing accounts, negotiating rates with clients, and coordinating the hiring process to meet staffing requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities Market bench consultants aggressively to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients through portals, networks, and email campaigns.
Source and respond to active requirements from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, TechFetch, and vendor distribution lists.
Build and grow Hasten Infotech's vendor network from the ground up — every new contact is a long-term asset for the company.
Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements after thorough screening for skill, rate, and location fit.
Negotiate competitive bill rates with vendors and protect healthy margins on every placement.
Coordinate and schedule technical and client interviews; prep consultants thoroughly before each call.
Follow up relentlessly on submissions, interviews, and feedback to keep the pipeline moving.
Handle the full paperwork cycle: MSA, work orders, PO, NDA, COI, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain clean records of submissions, interviews, placements, and vendor contacts.
Prepare and circulate daily/weekly bench hot-list updates to the vendor network.
Stay current on US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), visa classifications, and compliance basics.
Contribute ideas to improve our outreach, processes, and tools — your voice matters here.
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales, Bench Marketing, or US IT Recruitment. Freshers with strong communication skills and a real interest in US staffing are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of US visa types: H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, GC-EAD, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, TN, USC.
- Awareness of US tax terms: C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US shift hours (EST/CST/PST) consistently from a remote setup.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a personal laptop/desktop, and a quiet work environment.
