Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US Bench Sales Recruiter. The US Bench Sales Recruiter will manage all aspects of the bench sales process, including engaging with clients and candidates. Daily tasks include identifying potential candidates, handling full-life cycle recruitment, communicating with client organizations, and managing accounts. The role also involves coordinating the hiring process and ensuring successful placement of candidates.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and managing Bench Sales processes
  • Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices
  • Strong Account Management skills and ability to nurture client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in the Information Technology staffing and recruitment domain is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
